Kills moss, mould, lichen, green slime, mildew, algae and fungi.

The product contains a biocide which kills the mould over time. Ingredients, including Benzalkonium Chloride (or dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride), will not evaporate, as the specially formulated surfactants prevent the product from drying out and washing away. Instead, the water reactivates the product – continuing the mould clearance and preventing further regrowth.

No scrubbing or water-blasting as water blasting tends to bruise the surface you are trying to clean making it in the end more receptive to moss & mould spores returning and growing.

Rinse plants before and after spraying to dilute any overspray. Do not spray near fish
Allow 3 - 4 hours of dry weather after spraying.
